e-VP, otherwise known as e-Visit Pass, is an e-service that allows submission of
application of Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) without making a trip to ICA.

You are advised to report to Visitor Services Centre, Level 4 of ICA Building, to submit your application before the expiry date of your existing visit pass.

Applicants are required to pay the compulsory and non-refundable processing fee (S$30) online before they can submit their LTVP application.
All submission will be processed by ICA and the outcome will be made known to the applicants within 6 weeks.
Applicants can check the result of their application via e-VP's Status Enquiry.
For successful applicants, they will need to make online payment for the Issuance fees (S$60)
and other applicable fees (e.g. Visa fee, Short-Term Visit Pass Extension fee, etc) before
proceeding to book a date online through e-Appointment for the Completion of Formalities.
Both the applicant and the sponsor are required to report to Visitor Services Centre, Level 4 of ICA Building,
for the Completion of Formalities and collection of the LTVP card.

You should complete formalities for your Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) within 2 months after you have successfully made your online payment.
You are required to book a date online through e-Appointment for the Completion of Formalities. If you wish to change your appointment date/ time,
you can do so via e-Appointment service.

For all new and renewal applications submitted online via e-VP, the processing time is up to 6 weeks.
Applicants and/or local sponsors are advised to monitor the status of their application via e-VP's Status Enquiry to check on the latest updates on your application.

If your earlier application had been rejected, you should only submit another online application if there is any change in your circumstances from your previous application(s).

Applicants will be informed of the required documents to be produced when they check the status of their application online via
e-VP's Status Enquiry by keying in verifying fields that are prompted.

Payment of Issuance (S$60) and other applicable fees (e.g. Visa fee, Short-Term Visit Pass Extension fee, etc)
are to be made online within 14 days from the date of In-Principal Approval (IPA). Failure to do so will result in auto-withdrawal of the application.

You may enquire the payment status via e-VP's Status Enquiry. If the processing fees was not made successfully,
you may still be able to make the payment via e-VP's Status Enquiry by keying in verifying fields that are prompted.

You are advised to report to Visitor Services Centre (4th Storey), ICA Building, before the expiry date of your existing Visit Pass.
Please note that overstaying is an immigration offence in Singapore. If you overstay past the validity of your immigration pass, you may be subjected to a composition fine or prosecution in court.

e-VP prompts applicants to confirm their personal particulars before submitting their application.
Hence, once "Submit" button is clicked on,
applicants will not be able to make further changes to the details submitted.

What should I do if e-VP hangs when I am entering my particulars into the system? |

You can refresh the system and resubmit the application.
If you suspect that your application has been submitted,
please check the application status online via e-VP's Status Enquiry
by keying in verifying fields that are prompted.

(C) About Photo Upload |

You are advised to view the details of the error message. Please note that the photo image criteria listed below:
- image file is in JPEG format; - preferred dimension is 400 x 514 pixels; and - file size is around 60 Kbytes must be fulfilled in order for e-VP to accept your photo image. However, please note that even after being accepted by the system, your photo image will be checked by ICA according to our requirement. |

As you are submitting the image online, depending on your PC configuration and network connection,
it may take up to several minutes before your image file is uploaded to our server.

If the system hangs or closes by itself, please check to ensure that security settings on your PC is configured properly. You will need to enable the Java scripting and cookies in your Internet browser.
